Please be aware Select Board meeting of May 21, 2025 has been rescheduled to May 28, 2025. Subsequent Select Board meetings will continue on regular two week cadence on June 4, 2025.
Just a bit of information to answer many question we had received on why the sand pile was moved.and a fence was put up. Between thief, vandalism and safety concerns the Selectmen made the decision to listen to the recommendations from our insurance company. Also, looking around to other Town's and even some DOT salt & sand sheds you can see that they have fences and or gates.See PDF below for Maine Municipal Association's recommendation.
